DIRECTIONS

Mix small pea-sized amount (0.5g) in a full glass of warm water/milk. Take daily.

Pure Shilajit Resin (Minimum. 60% Fulvic Acid) (Ashpaltum Punjabium)

CAUTIONS

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision it is advisable to consult a GP prior to taking any supplements. This product is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease. Discontinue use and consult a GP if adverse reactions occur. Not suitable for persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of young children at all times.
